Outline of Programme
This 1 day programme addresses the complex issue of behavioural change in order to deliver on strategic initiatives and plans. It draws on theory and practice from business, education and from health to provide participants with a practical framework and tools to identify and develop the behaviours and performance needed to make strategic developments a reality and not just a paper exercise. The course fee includes a follow-up consultation to help you develop a plan focused on your organization.

Participants will experience tools and techniques for the application of each approach which can be used with their teams. There is an option to include a 360 evaluation of the participant using our own bespoke online survey tool which includes a full report and personal feedback on their current development practice.

Over the 2 days it takes participants through the key steps of understanding and managing themselves and on to understanding and influencing others. There is an option to include a 360 evaluation of the participant using our own bespoke online survey tool which includes a full report and personal feedback on which to build an individual development plan.

Who is it for?

This two day programme is for anyone who may be experiencing stress in their work life which is affecting their performance, their health or simply their ability to engage and enjoy what they do.

Outline of Programme

This programme provides participants with activiites, tools, techniques and models to help them understand, own and control their experience of stress. It helps participants to recognize the importance of perception in their levels of stress and provides techniques for taking more empowering perspectives. It enables people to recognize more clearly their stress triggers and stress responses. More importantly it then provides both short and long term approaches to creating healthier, more effective responses to stress triggers supporting excellent performance and good health.

A recent Mori poll showed that speaking in front of our peers is the greatest fear that we have, pushing death down into third place! Small wonder then that we find that communication and presentation feature as two skills most in demand.
This program focuses on the planning and delivery skills for creating impactful and persuasive communication, as well as enhancing participants’ ability to communicate with greater confidence, control and flexibility. Whilst focus is on face-to-face communication, key elements of e-mail communication are also covered. Communication styles are fine-tuned too so that participants can inform, influence and convince audiences.
Participants will have the opportunity to plan, prepare and deliver a presentation with both live and video feedback.
